My order showed up fast, so that was nice. One of the lure colors wasn’t the one I picked, which was a little annoying, but it wasn’t a huge deal or anything. The rest of it was fine.

I bought this rod from uglystik.com the handle was a letdown. Compared to other rods I’ve used, even some cheaper ones my friends have, this one just feels too hard and awkward in my hand. After a short time fishing, my palm was already getting sore. For the price, I expected it to be a lot more comfortable. Not really happy with it.

I bought this because Ugly Stik has such a solid reputation, and I feel kind of stupid for just trusting the name. The rod is fine, I guess, but it feels heavier than I expected and basic overall. For what it costs, I really think there are better options out there now.

Ugly Stik has a solid selection on their site. I was looking for a medium spinning rod, and just from poking around, my gut feeling was that they had way more options than I expected.

The filters were okay, not amazing, but they got the job done well enough. I was able to narrow things down without getting frustrated, and I liked seeing combos available too instead of only single rods.

I’d give it 4 stars mostly because a few things I clicked on seemed to be out of stock. Still, overall it felt like a good place to browse, with a decent range and enough choices to feel confident about finding something.

The box showed up looking banged up, so I was a little worried at first. Luckily, the rod itself was fine and didn’t seem damaged. The packaging just took most of the beating

I tried checking out, but they didn’t have the payment method I normally use. I kept looking around to make sure I wasn’t missing it, but it just wasn’t there. It was frustrating after spending time on the order, so I ended up buying from somewhere else.

I reached out to customer service hoping they’d actually help, but I never got any real support or solution. i’m wondering if other people have had the same experience because it was frustrating.

I was happy to find the Ugly Stik rod I wanted in stock here, especially since a few other sites didn’t have it. That said, some of the colors and sizes I was interested in weren’t available, which was a little disappointing. Still, checkout was simple and the overall experience was smooth, so I’d definitely consider ordering again

I ordered from uglystik.com and the item itself was totally fine, no complaints there. But the tracking was just... not helpful at all. It kept saying my package was still waiting to ship, and then it randomly showed up that same day. So I had no clue when I actually needed to be home for it. I tried asking customer service, but they didn’t really clear anything up either. Not a huge disaster or anything, just frustrating when you’re trying to plan your day.....

The rod feels strong and it handles alright, so it definitely does the job. That said, mine had a couple rough spots in the finish, and one of the guides looked a little off to me. It still works fine, and it’s not a huge deal, but for the price I guess I just expected that part to be a bit cleaner.
